On site we handle a range of allergens including nuts, peanuts, Mlk, Soya, Mustard, egg and cereals containing gluten.
On site we have a range of faciities both allergen and allergen free.
Our controls include segregation of storage and production, dedicated personnel and equipment, sanitation procedures along with internal and external accredited labratory validations for allergens to ensure all our controls are robust.
We have a 100% pass rate on allergen testing and strive to maintain this standard constantly auditing and upgrading our policies and procedures inline with current legislation and manufacuturing guidelines.
The most recent addition of a new potline to double our capacity has allowed us to create a dedicated gluten free blending and pot filling facility.
We are 100% confident we have the controls in place to confidently manage any aspect of allergen/ allergen free production and co manufacturing.
